Terms of Service
by commissioning me, you agree to the following.
･ Payment via PayPal must be paid in full before I start the commission.･ No refunds once the commission is started.･ As the artist, I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works.･ I reserve the right to reject any requests I am not comfortable or capable of performing.･ Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or claim my artwork as your own.･ Though unlikely, commission completion times may vary from the original deadline due to personal circumstances･ Credits to me ( @RurunaV) or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.
Process & How to order
･ I will not draw: Loli/Shota, Mecha, Furry, or Realism.1.) Contact me via email ([email protected]) or Twitter DMs (@RurunaV).2.) Please provide reference pictures. If you need help designing a character, there may be an extra fee.3.) I will confirm your commission slot and send you an invoice via PayPal4.) Once payment is received, I'll start the sketch5.) You may ask for revisions to the sketch6.) After the sketch is confirmed by you, I'll continue with the piece and will email you the full files after completion for personal use7.) Although I try to keep all commission files saved to my iCloud, I have no guarantees I can restore your files after delivery should you lose them.
